A deep desire to be able to help people in her own way led Danie Roy, Q.C. to open her practice.
After having worked in a large law firm and as a lawyer in the provincial civil service, it is in 2016 that Mrs. Roy decided to open her own practice.
Danie Roy, Q.C. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law from the Université de Moncton. She then pursued her specialization by obtaining a master’s degree in Litigation and Conflict Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a certification in mediation. She holds the title of Qualified Mediator.
The firm specializes in areas related to interpersonal relations. Litigation and advocacy, conflict resolution, mediation, investigation and training in workplace, harassment management, and health law are among the services offered.

- Chair of Tribunals under the Mental Health Act of New Brunswick
- Chair of the Board of Directors of the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission
